About Katelyn Sullivan, LPC

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Areas I have experience in include treating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, self-esteem, social skills, family conflict and stress, crisis response, and life transitions. In treatment, I emphasize self-reflection and utilizing strengths to improve mental health and well-being. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy approaches; however, I will always adapt my approach to best fit the needs of my clients.
