As a compassionate and experienced therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate through life’s challenges and discover healing and growth. I specialize in addressing a wide range of mental health disorders including addictions, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, obsessive -compulsive disorder (OCD), grief and loss, and stress management.
My approach to therapy is holistic, person-centered, and tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of everyone I work with. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors openly and without judgement. Through evidence-based interventions and collaborative goal setting, I empower clients to develop coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
