As a mother who has recovered from Postpartum Depression and Anxiety who’s first love was helping others, it brings me such joy and gratitude to be able to walk through the journey of parenthood and mental health with my clients. If you are preparing to start your family, have found challenges in the journey of starting a family, or are struggling with your adjustment into parenthood, you do not have to navigate that alone. I am ready to help you learn about things like Postpartum Anxiety, Postpartum Depression and Postpartum OCD. I am ready to help you find stability and control over what may be weighing on you while honoring your experience. I bring in use of Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Perinatal Mental Health Training to ensure that you are receiving quality care and support. I have experience with clients in early adulthood through perimenopause and intend to bring cultural humility and equality into my practice. If you aren’t seeking Perinatal related mental health care, I also have experience working with general Anxiety, Depression, Relationship issues, and Life transitions. I strive to create a safe space that aligns with your goals for therapy. Let’s do great work together!

People may seek therapy for themselves or their child when they are unhappy or dissatisfied with some aspect of the way they are feeling or behaving and recognize that a change would be beneficial for them, their family, or their child.

I view my responsibility as a therapist as creating a safe space and fostering a collaborative relationship for people to express themselves freely, identify the changes they would like to make, discuss the factors contributing to the problem, and to create a plan for reaching their goals or make the changes they are seeking.

Much of the change that happens during the course of therapy happens between sessions, but each session is an opportunity to talk about the progress that is happening, what is working well, and what could be adjusted to better help in making progress. Sessions are also a chance to learn new skills that may help to address challenges a person is facing.

My approach to therapy is seeing each person as an individual and using a client-centered approach to giving specialized care. In times of struggle, when thoughts can be so powerful, it can be hard to feel connected to your body. In therapy, integrating these two can be a powerful tool to getting to know yourself and ultimately befriending yourself.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Yoga Teacher. I have nine years of experience working with and advocating for diverse populations. I am a Queer therapist, gender affirming, trauma informed, and dedicated to creating a safe atmosphere for all clients. I am passionate about LGBTQ+ issues, social justice, integrating psychoeducation, and creating safe spaces to be authentic in sessions.

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Master’s of Science in Clinical & Counseling Psychology at Chestnut Hill College
  • 300 hr Yoga Certification – Soul Yoga Studio

Therapy offers a unique opportunity to examine, learn and challenge ourselves in a supportive and validating environment. In the space we create together, I encourage you to fully engage in the therapeutic process, a process where you can gain insight and awareness into the patterns of behavior that you have developed throughout your life.

Through deeper exploration, we can better understand the patterns that create obstacles to joyful living and together we can work through patterns in thinking and behavior that may be impacting your ability to live to your full potential. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space, to help you learn (or re-learn) the importance of our mental and emotional health and its impact on our overall functioning.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in working with couples, adolescents, and adults navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and interpersonal dynamics. I prioritize building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe that creating a safe, supportive space—where clients can be vulnerable without judgment—is the foundation for meaningful work. I emphasize clients’ strengths, help shift perspectives to recognize successes, and encourage continued growth.

I approach therapy as a collaborative journey. Together, we will explore your goals, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and build on your strengths to create meaningful change. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, we will develop specific, personal, and achievable goals that reflect your values and needs.

With a background in family systems, I bring a holistic perspective to my work—considering not only the individual, but the broader relational and environmental context. I help couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and resolve conflict, while also supporting adolescents and adults in developing emotional regulation skills, self-advocacy, and resilience.
