Kimberley Desir

I view therapy as a collaborative process with the goal of identifying effective tools for personal growth and change. My goal is to provide support in your healing process and provide a safe space for you to navigate life’s inevitable challenges. My style is direct and empathic to create a therapeutic space for people to feel confident, empowered, and safe to explore vulnerability. I am passionate about assisting my clients in self-exploration and personal growth, and recognize this varies based on the individual.

I provide individual therapy in-person and via telehealth for adults. My approach to therapy is integrative, with a foundation in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). My clinical experience includes community mental health, inpatient psychiatric facilities, university counseling, and outpatient mental health. My clinical interests include, but is not limited to, stress and anxiety management, marginalized and intersecting identities, and relationship and attachment-related concerns.

I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. During my down time, you can find me in a kickboxing class, traveling, or throwing down in the kitchen.
