Equilibria participates with many health insurance plans. Because coverage can vary by your specific plan, clinician, service, and location, our Referral Coordinators can help you check your benefits and find an available provider who may be a good fit.

Plan participation varies by your specific plan, clinician, service, and location. Not every Equilibria clinician participates with every plan, and coverage may differ for in-person care, telehealth, therapy, couples counseling, and psychological assessment. If you do not see your plan listed, please contact us—some additional plans may also be covered.
We’ll Help You Check Your Benefits
Our Referral Coordinators will collect your insurance information and make a good-faith effort to check:
- Whether your coverage is active
- Whether Equilibria and the proposed clinician are in network
- Your deductible, copayment, or coinsurance
- Whether a referral or prior authorization is required
- Whether your plan has visit limits or other coverage requirements
We will share the information available to us and an estimate of your expected cost. Insurance benefit information is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Your insurance plan makes the final coverage and payment decision when it processes a claim.
What If My Plan Is Not Listed?
You may still be able to work with an Equilibria clinician. Some plans not listed above may be in network, and some commercial insurance plans may include out-of-network mental-health benefits that may reimburse you for part of the amount you pay for care. Cash-pay options are also available.
