Jason Kraman, LCSW

Jason Kraman
Since people enter therapy for many reasons; we will always begin with where you are at, working together to meet your specific needs. Therapy can be a valuable opportunity to address critical stressors, cope with life transitions, or perhaps peer deeper into problematic relational and behavioral patterns.
No matter what brings you to therapy, I seek to join you in highlighting your existing strengths and resources. Given the courage required to embark on a course of therapy, I work to heighten self-compassion throughout the therapeutic process.
My intention is to create an open, safe and supportive space for healing and growth. I view the therapeutic process as a collaborative one where we are constantly refining therapeutic goals and strategies. I feel privileged to serve as your therapist and strive to bring an authentic approach to our work together.
