My aim as a therapist is to create an environment that promotes collaboration, safety, and acceptance. I use an eclectic, playful, and creative approach to treatment that encourages connection, engagement, and self-expression. I believe that my clients encompass individual strengths, which, with the right tools and support, can be accessed and used to support their process of growth and healing.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT) with experience working with diverse populations of children, adolescents, and young adults. My experience includes, but not limited to:
