If you’re navigating a transition or feeling stuck, or trying to better understand yourself, you deserve a space where you feel supported and genuinely heard. I aim to create a warm, collaborative environment that helps you move toward the goals that matter most to you.
My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution‑focused strategies, and person‑centered care. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals (ADHD and autism), college students, and young adults navigating life transitions, as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, or executive functioning challenges. My work is neuroaffirming and focused on helping you build meaningful, sustainable change.
I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and PSYPACT authorized, allowing me to provide telehealth services across participating states. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults in college disability services, public and international school systems, and outpatient practices. Across these environments, I’ve remained committed to collaborative care that meets you where you are.
