In our fast-paced world, therapy offers a valuable opportunity to slow down, reflect, and create space for meaningful introspection and change. Whether you are working through a past or present trauma, navigating a personal or professional transition, or simply hoping to live a more fulfilling life authentically, therapy can provide a supportive opportunity to understand yourself, build on your strengths, and move forward.

When we begin work together, my first priority is getting to know you—what brings you to therapy, what you hope to change, and what matters most to you. I see therapy as a collaborative endeavor, where we work together to identify meaningful goals and find an approach that fits your unique needs, experiences, and strengths to achieve them.

I often draw on Structural Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped your life. To support growth and forward movement, I also incorporate Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My goal is to help you better understand yourself, recognize and build upon your strengths, and share practical tools for creating a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
