As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to helping you unlock your inner strengths and navigate the hurdles that life has presented whether that be depression, anxiety, co-occurring disorders, economic issues, family discord or other life issues. I have nearly twenty years of experience in the field working with couples, families, and individuals, including those struggling with addictions and co-occurring diagnoses. It would be a privilege to join you on your journey to recovery from whatever hurdles life has thrown your way and help you step back into yourself as a stronger, more confident you!  Empowering my clients to understand their underlying thoughts and feelings, and develop the necessary skills they can take out into the world and use every day, is my utmost priority. I provide telehealth therapy for adults. I utilize client-centered, trauma-informed, evidence and strength-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness.
