Podcast

The Equilibria podcast and all related content shared on our media platforms (e.g., blog, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) are intended solely for educational and awareness-raising purposes. The views and opinions expressed in podcast episodes reflect those of the individual guest(s), clinician interviewer(s), and moderator(s), and should not be interpreted as clinical advice, absolute fact, or the only perspective on a topic. Mental health experiences are deeply personal, and we strongly encourage individuals to seek professional support tailored to their unique needs.

All licensed clinicians at Equilibria adhere to strict ethical and confidentiality standards. No identifiable information or details about current or former clients will ever be shared in our podcast content. While themes or general examples may be discussed for illustrative purposes, any similarities to real-life experiences are purely coincidental.

Clinicians who participate as podcast interviewers are licensed professionals who actively provide therapy services at Equilibria. However, when appearing on the podcast, they do so in a non-clinical capacity. This means:

  1. They do not appear with current or former clients.
  2. They are not operating in their therapeutic role with clients while on the podcast.
  3. They do not provide therapy, clinical assessments, or individualized treatment recommendations during podcast episodes.

Our podcast moderator is not a licensed clinical, medical, or healthcare professional.

This podcast is produced and copyrighted by EPCS Management and sponsored by Equilibria Psychological and Consultation Services.
