The Child and Adolescent Therapy Center of Excellence is a group of highly specialized child and teen therapists at Equilibria Psychological & Consultation Services. Utilizing researched techniques and strategies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and the Creative Arts Therapies, our child psychologists, licensed professional counselors, and licensed clinical social workers are equipped to support your child or teen.

Parent/Caregiver Support

While parenting can be filled with joyful moments, it can also be incredibly challenging, at times. Our experienced clinicians are equipped to support caregivers on a variety of challenges, including:

Our clinicians are also able to provide individual therapy for adults who are interested in focusing on parenting-related stress and all of the many emotions associated with parenting or caregiving for a young family member.
