Kathryn Lodwick-Jones (She/They)

I believe everyone can benefit from therapy at some point in their life; whether you’re navigating a sudden change, low self-esteem, struggling to manage your mood, or communicating in relationships. Gaining support to handle life’s challenges with flexibility and compassion can be invaluable. I empower and support my clients through the collaborative nature of our therapeutic relationship. By fostering autonomy and incorporating aspects of mindfulness, collaborative problem-solving, and creativity, my approach is multi-faceted, and strengths based. My clinical framework draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Systems Theory.

I strive to create an affirming, and compassionate space focused on social justice, where clients can feel validated and comfortable to pursue healing, growth, and self-empowerment. My work with each client is approached from a relational-cultural perspective, paying respect to each client’s individual needs, interests, and goals. I am also a Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist, and promote aspects of movement, artistic expression, and play in my approach. Increasing body awareness and strengthening the mind-body connection can provide a sense of grounding and mastery to better navigate what life may throw our way.

My specializations are children, adolescents, and young adults, with various concerns including but not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, early career/ongoing occupational stressors, and trans-affirming and neurodivergent affirming care.

I look forward to supporting you (your child or your teen) on your journey and helping to uncover your most adaptive and empowered self.
