Quatasia Harris
Healing isn’t linear or about perfection—it’s about making room for your full story. That includes the good, the hard, and everything in between. I believe in creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and feel safe to explore what healing looks like for you.
I’m originally from North Carolina, and I bring that Southern warmth and hospitality into my work. I see therapy as a partnership built on trust, honesty, and mutual respect. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you navigate life’s challenges—whether you’re managing anxiety, working through trauma, or figuring out how to take better care of yourself in new ways.
Since 2017, I’ve worked in a variety of roles that shaped my approach to therapy, from youth and family counseling in residential settings to providing community-based mental health care. I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults, with a focus on helping reduce anxiety, depression, and stress, while also building resilience and finding peace in the process.
I take a trauma-informed approach and incorporate techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help you understand the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. But most importantly, I believe in meeting you as a person, not just as a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. My style is collaborative, supportive, and strengths-based—I want to help you build on what’s already within you, while also working through the things that may be holding you back.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I don’t take it lightly. It’s an honor to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their healing journeys. We’ll work together to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported every step of the way.
