Nadia Glombovsky, LPC
Nadia Glombovsky (She/Her)
Living with constant anxiety, worry, or harsh self-judgment can be exhausting. You might spend hours caught in your thoughts – replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, or imagining everything that could go wrong. You might also find yourself avoiding things that matter, feeling disconnected from the people and activities you care about, or struggling to navigate changes and challenges in life.
Starting therapy often comes with a mix of hope and uncertainty – and that’s completely normal. In our sessions, you’ll find a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s important to you and practice tools to handle the difficult thoughts and feelings that get in the way, so you can take steady steps toward living better.
I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. I am trained in evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT). I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires in 2011 and have been working in the mental health field since then.
