Choosing to invest in yourself is one of the most significant decisions a person can make, and I approach each client with compassion, curiosity, respect, and a firm belief that everyone has the innate capacity for growth. I will tailor treatment to meet your unique needs from a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens, honoring your lived experience and true self.

My specializations are children, adolescents, and families with concerns ranging from, though not limited to: identity intersectionality and integration, acute and complex trauma, mood and learning disorders, neurodiversity, and family dynamics. I am also passionate about supporting the unique needs of the children, adolescents, and adults who have been impacted by the opioid epidemic, also known as ‘Generation O.’

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and practice from Person-First, Humanistic, and Existential orientations. I am also a retired K-12 public school teacher, having taught for over a decade throughout the greater Philadelphia area. I value community and service, am a proud two-time Americorps alum, hold a Master’s degree in Urban Education, and am a certified Service-Learning Instructional Leader.

My worldview is deeply rooted in cultural humility, social justice, and liberation principles – after all, diamonds can only be made with pressure, and pearls would not exist without grit.

I am eager to empower you – or your child or teen – as you take meaningful steps on your path of self-compassion, authenticity, and fulfilment.
