People decide to start therapy for various reasons – anxiety, depression, grief (such as the death of a loved one or loss of a relationship or job), major life transitions and self discovery, to name a few. Whatever brings you to therapy, I believe that the therapeutic  process along with the therapeutic relationship serves as a powerful  vehicle to help you move toward your goals and create meaningful  change.

I work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized treatment  plan based on your unique needs. I strive to provide a safe,  supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your  thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and better understand how they  influence one another. Together, we work to identify new  perspectives and coping strategies that may help reduce distress,  improve emotional well-being, and increase self-awareness. I view  therapy as a team effort where we collaborate together with working  toward your goals and lasting change.

I am a psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience and have  worked in a variety of clinical settings, with most of my professional  background in outpatient practice. I currently work primarily with  adults presenting with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and  bereavement, stress management, work-life balance challenges, life  transitions, and relationship or friendship concerns. I take an  integrative approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy  (CBT), mindfulness, problem solving skills, communication strategies  and exploration of relationship patterns. I look forward to supporting  you on your therapy journey and helping you work toward the  changes you seek.
