As a therapist, my goal is to create a welcoming and accepting space. I view therapy as a journey together. I have training in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral treatment, and techniques to foster coping and resilience. My career has been dedicated to working with children, youth, and their families to facilitate growth and mental health. I have extensive experience in individual, family, and group counseling, with a particular focus on working with children and youth. My strengths include working with clients coping with life changes, school challenges, depression and anxiety, grief and loss, chronic and/or life-threatening illness, substance abuse, and gender and identity issues. I have training in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral treatment, and techniques to foster coping and resilience.
I work with adults and I also specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families.
