Starting therapy can feel intensely vulnerable and sometimes very scary! I hope to create a highly collaborative and affirming environment to make mental health and self-care more manageable.

I am a queer and neurodiverse HAPA (Korean-American) clinician based in Philadelphia. I learned my Master’s in Social Services (MSS) from Bryn Mawr College with a specialization in Communities, Organizations, Policy, & Advocacy. In my practice, I combine Relational Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to dissect the systems and patterns influencing individuals, families, and communities. I aim to cultivate a safe and inclusive environment where genuine care and curiosity pave the way for meaningful change.

With a background primarily in community mental health, I am committed to advocating for equitable access to mental health care and ensuring that my practice feels highly intersectional. I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward self-discovery, empowerment, and holistic well-being.
