Kimberley Desir
I view therapy as a collaborative process grounded in trust, curiosity, and meaningful growth. Together, we identify practical tools that support lasting change while honoring your unique experiences and pace. My intention is to offer steady support and a space that is grounded, safe, and genuinely affirming for you to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
My style is both direct and empathic. I believe honesty and compassion can coexist, creating a therapeutic space where you feel empowered, confident, and secure enough to explore vulnerability. I am dedicated to supporting clients in self-exploration and personal growth, and I recognize this process looks different for everyone, Therapy is not one size fits all–and your path deserves to be approached with intention, flexibility, and respect.
I provide individual therapy via telehealth for adults. My approach to therapy is integrative and grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), meaning we’ll look at your thoughts and patterns while also getting curious about the deeper “why” behind them. My clinical interests include, but are not limited to, stress and anxiety management, marginalized and intersecting identities, and relationship and attachment-related concerns.
