Kate Connolly, PsyD. (She/Her)

In my therapy practice, I strive to develop a collaborative relationship with the people I work with, empowering them to shape their treatment to meet their own needs. I work with people to create an environment that aids in highlighting and fostering the innate sources of wisdom and resilience that reside within each of us.

I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals from diverse populations, who are facing depression, anxiety, trauma history, self-confidence issues, imposter syndrome, life transitions and relationship struggles. I have worked in settings which include community outpatient centers, college counseling services and support services for students training for medical professions.

My work is informed by Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic and Family Systems theories as well as the Trauma Resiliency Model – a somatic, or body-oriented model.  I am passionate about teaching and supporting others in the development of a variety of stress reduction and wellness skills to deal with everyday stress and traumatic reactions.
