Joshua Feldman, LCSW

Joshua Feldman

I strive to create a warm, affirming, and collaborative space to explore and address the challenges in your life. Whether you are struggling with a life transition, interpersonal/familial conflict, trauma, anxiety, depression, or are simply seeking support, my goal is to help you gain deeper insight into your relationships with others, as well as yourself, to make meaningful changes to your life. I have experience working in psychodynamic, CBT, exposure and response prevention, mindfulness, and structural family therapy models, and draw upon each to create an approach that meets your individual needs.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children/adolescents, young adults (university students), adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. And while I borrow from a range of treatment interventions, the is grounded in being curious about our past contexts and their relationship to the present. Understanding this relationship helps our minds (and bodies) make sense of what is impacting us in the present and creates opportunities to gain new insights, break damaging patterns, and explore healthier experiences/relationships with ourselves and others. I invite you to contact me with any questions you may have about my practice and I look forward to working with you soon.
