Deborah Pelberg, LMFT

Deborah Pelberg (She/Her)

I believe that connection to both our deepest selves and others is an integral part of healing. In treatment, I take a strengths-based systemic approach to ensure that individuals, couples and families can recognize the traits, tools and support they already possess for growth and change.

I am also passionate about educating clients so they can learn to be their own advocate in the health care system and helping them to learn new coping skills to ensure success outside of treatment.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, parenting, trauma, codependency, couple and family issues.

I utilize many different interventions and approaches in treatment which include cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, narrative, family systems, play therapy and Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy techniques with couples.
