I use a solution-focused approach while incorporating cognitive-behavioral strategies, family systems, relaxation/breathing exercises, and mindfulness meditation tools. In addition, I specialize in Neurofeedback/Biofeedback, an alternative for medication, which can provide relief for Migraines, ADHD, Anxiety and Depression. I have always considered myself an athlete and remain active in various sports, I bring this additional knowledge to work with individuals around sports performance issues and in helping others learn how to balance and maintain a healthy lifestyle that promotes both mental and physical well-being.
