Ashley Bregman, LCSW
Ashley Bregman
I aim to create an environment that is warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive, whatever your reason for entering therapy. I am committed to being genuine and collaborative while guiding you in your process of healing and insight.
I will help you to cope with current stressors and traumatic experiences, develop insights into your relationships and relationship history, and implement change — in relationships, within yourself, or in practical areas of your life. I provide therapy to individuals with a broad range of concerns: depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, difficult adjustments, and relationship issues, among others.
I am a licensed social worker with experience working with adults and young adults. My foundation is an insight-oriented and client-centered approach. I also have training in two specific treatments: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). Please feel free to ask about specifics if you are curious about any of these approaches.
