I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from what therapy has to offer, whether you are looking for a short-term tune-up because life just feels a little more stressful than usual, or you are ready to make some big changes in your life but you are not sure how to get started.

Or maybe you do not feel ready to make some changes and are looking to find the motivation to do so. Whatever your reason is for considering therapy, I am here to support you in your therapeutic journey, whatever that may entail.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I utilize an eclectic treatment perspective, including cognitive-behavioral (CBT), strength-based, and mindfulness therapy. I believe in empowering my clients to move through a process of understanding their underlying thoughts and feelings in order to develop coping skills that can be taken out into the world and used every day.

Wherever you are coming from, I value finding solutions that make sense for you. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults living with depression, anxiety, PTSD, sleep disorders, anger management disorders, and personality disorders.

Additionally, I have experience in couples counseling, family therapy, and parent psycho-education and behavior management education. I truly value the perspective and needs of each of my clients, and I look forward to getting to know you.
